When it comes to weight loss motivation, exercise motivation, or even fitness motivation, we all need a reason to get up off our butts and do something.

The biggest problem we all face is creating enough motivation to want to change. Unless there is a big enough reason "why", we won't do anything.

If you want something bad enough then you that you have to create in your mind a massive amount of pain towards what it would mean if you stayed the way you are. That is, you have to create that agonizing feeling you've had enough with your life the way it is. 

Then if you mix in the thought and passionate desire of how pleasurable it would be to become the person you really see yourself as, then that is what many will tell you is the secret to life's riches.

And it does work.
