The Lazy Persons Guide To
Weight Loss -
How To Lose Weight, Exercise,
and Get Healthy ... Without Even Trying!
If you're tired of going on diets only to go off them a week
later, or starting an exercise program only to stop soon after, then don't despair ... there is an
easy solution!
Hi, my names Yvonne Thomas. As a coach, former
personal trainer, and gym owner, I have seen first hand what it takes for people to lose weight and get into shape.
And I've also seen the frustration that many of those people face when they don't see any visible results in
their body shape very fast, and then start to lose motivation.
In the beginning of my career it was a constant battle
to keep people on track. That was until I come across a method that I used
consistently to explain to my clients about what the secret is behind long-term successful weight loss and
body sculpting. And that can be shown by the following diagram -

I call it the "Fitness Mindset Triangle". As you can see, the
inverted triangle is held up by your mindset.
Mindset is the key
missing ingredient that many people fail to develop in their weight loss and fitness journey. They try to diet and
exercise out of sheer will power, and that almost always leads to failure.
Without the right mindset the whole
triangle will come crashing down.
The good news is that developing a fitness mindset is not that
hard to do. But just like any muscle, it will take some effort on your part to do (I promise it won't hurt
though!). There's some neat little tips and tricks you can learn about on how to develop the right thinking in the
Mindset section of this website.
And if you're wondering how the lazy person can
benefit from all this, then here's the secret ...
make small changes to your lifestyle one at
a time, instead of one big attempt.
What I mean by that is where most people go wrong is that they
launch head first into a full on exercise program or super strict diet hoping that it will give them the
quick fix solution to their desires. Its understandable considering we live in such a fast food, one press of a
button, instant satisfaction society. But making too big a change to your lifestyle will cause you too much pain to
want to stick to it.
The easy (and lazy) way of losing weight is to learn what it
takes to lose weight through diet and exercise and make small, doable changes to your lifestyle that won't disrupt
your everyday routine. By constantly sticking to these small changes and adding more over time, all these
little changes will end up slotting easily into your daily activities without you having to think about
them too much.
Plus the compounding effect of continuously making small
changes over time will lead to a massive change before you know it. While it may be a little slower in the
beginning than launching into a full on program, it will be more enjoyable and much more sustainable for the
long-term.
Have a look around this site, starting with the mindset section, then work on getting your diet in order,
and then add a little exercise
into your daily routine.
If you're one of those people who prefer to follow
a sensible diet and exercise plan already worked out for you, then there's only a few products that I would
recommend you try. You can check these out on the Product Review
page. I personally buy and test out all the programs before I recommend anything, so you can rest assured that
only the best makes it onto my list.
Here's to your weight loss success. Enjoy.
Yvonne.
